Terms & Conditions
Minimum Rental Period
All units are subject to a minimum rental period of 3 days.
Mileage Rates (drivable
units)
100 FREE miles per day included with your RV rental; $0.50 / mile for additional miles
Insurance
Our insurance is only supplementary to your own personal insurance and should we
have to file under our policy, the renter will be responsible for a $1,000 deductible.
Down Payment & Balance
We require a $500 down payment
to reserve a rental unit. This is applied to the rental cost, and the entire balance is due on the date of departure. Your
down payment will not be refunded and will be assessed as a cancellation fee if the renter cancels the booking with
less than 15 days notice. See "Cancellations".
Cleaning Fees
The holding tank must be emptied upon returning
the rental unit. If not empty, the renter must pay $89.95 if returning a trailer rental or $100 if returning a motorhome
rental.
A minimum cleaning charge of $89.95 for trailer rentals and $100 for motorhome rentals.
Generator Charges
Motorhome
rentals have 3 hrs per day of free generator use. Additional usage is charged at $2 per hour.
Trailer rentals offer
a generator rental at $40 per day.
Pet & Smoking Policy
Our RV rentals are non-smoking only. We do not allow pets in our RV rentals. Note: Any damages
to the rental unit will result in the forfeiting of a portion or all of your deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellations
made 15 or more days prior to the rental date are without penalty; cancellations made less that 15 days
prior to the rental date will result in the $500 deposit being forfeited.
